About Owner
Baking incorporates art, creativity, and joy for me. Baking with real ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and heavy cream, all of our cakes and other delightful treats are baked with my passion and love for delicious sweets. Inspired by my aunts and cousins, they always had something yummy cooking and I was eager to learn. I learned a lot about baking with only the finest and freshest ingredients. To measure by eyes, just like my aunt, and incorporate creativity and joy found when you smell the aroma of fresh pastries baking. One of my first part-time jobs was in the food industry. I remember the joy the customers shared while they ate and how their eyes lit up with amazement. I also remember the joy I felt meeting their satisfaction.
There I also learned a lot about production, food safety, franchising, operations, and baking. After earning a Master's degree in Human Resources, I continued to bake cakes at home for family and friends, fulfilling my silent joy, while working as a Consultant. I baked and decorated cakes at home and delivered them after work and during the weekend for a growing number of clients. Using my passion for baking while consulting, I also obtain dual certification as an instructor and Proctor and consulted for restaurants in regards to their HR function. In 2019, the birth of CakSpell Delightful Baking, the first concierge bakery, happened. My passionate hobby is now a family business.

CakeSpell Delightful Baking offers clients a range of services to ensure a fully tailored experience. The team offers recipes to suit a variety of dietary requirements, offering gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and vegan options.
